The rules of the place. There are few, and they are written to be read.

By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use it.
Vibeing is a card game: draw a question, decide whether to answer, go a level deeper. Its job is to get people talking.
It is not therapy, not psychological counselling, not medical care, and it does not replace any of them. Some decks touch grief, old wounds and endings: if a question hurts, pass — passing is part of the rules. If you are going through something hard, talk to a professional.
Some decks (the ones marked 18+) deal with intimacy and sexuality and are for adults only. They are played only between adults who feel like playing: nobody has to answer, and passing is always a valid answer. Whoever states they are at least 18 in order to see them is responsible for the truth of that statement.
The game is played between consenting people. The three rules written into the pact — whoever draws decides whether to answer, no unsolicited advice, what is said stays confidential — apply as part of these terms.
You can play without an account. If you open one, you must be at least 14, give a valid email address and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your login.
One account per person. You can close it whenever you want from your profile: deletion is immediate and permanent.
The workshop lets you write your own decks and questions. What you write stays yours: we claim no ownership of it. You only give us the technical permission to store it and show it back to you, for as long as your account is open.
You can share one of your decks with a code or a link: whoever has them plays it, even without an account, but cannot change it. In that case you also give us permission to show it to whoever has the code. You can stop sharing it whenever you want: the code stops working and the deck disappears for whoever received it. Whoever shares a deck is responsible for what is written in it.
What you may not write:
If a shared deck breaks these rules we can remove it and, in serious cases, close the account. We do not screen what you write in advance: we act on reports or when we notice. Reports go to weare@vibeing.it, also from the “Report this deck” link that people who receive a deck find: they say which deck and why. We decide within a reasonable time, and we tell both the person who reported and the person who made the deck what we decided, and why.
Sparks are lit by playing and are used to open the mid-tier decks. You also earn them by inviting: for each friend who signs up with your code you receive 30 sparks, for your first ten friends, and not before the friend has confirmed their email. Sparks are not money: they have no value outside the site, cannot be bought, sold, transferred, converted or refunded. If you close your account, they go with it.
Some decks and features can be bought. The sale is made through Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., Dublino, Irlanda), which through its Link service acts as the seller (merchant of record): it collects the price and the VAT of your country, issues the receipt and handles disputes and refunds. The price you see at the moment of payment is the final one, taxes included. Card details never pass through us.
The full version opens every deck and every oracle, the ones there are now and the ones to come, lets you create as many decks of your own as you like, lets you choose among all the looks of the game, and lets you read the daily question right in the reminder notification (without it, the notification reminds you that the question is there, and you read it by opening the app). Without it, an account comes with one oracle of your choice, one choice of look and one deck of your own: you can preview the other looks, but not keep them.
There are two ways to have the full version. The yearly subscription: it lasts a year from payment and renews by itself, year after year, at the same price, until you cancel; you cancel from your profile (through the Stripe page), at any time, and it takes effect at the end of the year already paid: until then you keep everything, after that nothing is charged. If a renewal fails (for example the card has expired), Stripe retries for a few days; if it cannot, the full version switches off at the end of the paid year. Or the “forever” option: a single payment, no renewal, and what you bought stays available for as long as your account is open and the service is running.
The launch prices are €9 a year for the subscription and €29 for “forever”, and they apply to the first 100 purchases of the full version, counting subscriptions and “forever” together; from the hundred-and-first, the prices are €14 a year and €39. The app shows how many places are left, and the price you see at the moment of payment is the one you pay. Whoever gets in at the launch price keeps it: a subscription started at €9 renews at €9 even when the price for newcomers has changed.
If you buy as a consumer you normally have 14 days to change your mind, with no explanation needed.
Because this is digital content supplied immediately, at the moment of purchase we ask you to agree to two things: that access starts straight away, and that this means losing the right of withdrawal once supply has begun. That is what art. 59(1)(o) of the Italian Consumer Code provides. If you would rather keep the right of withdrawal, hold off buying: access starts with the purchase either way. For the subscription this concerns the first year; renewals are not a new purchase, and you avoid them by cancelling before the end of the period.
If something does not work as promised, withdrawal is beside the point: write to weare@vibeing.it and we will fix it, refund included.
We do what we can to keep the site up, but we do not promise unbroken service: there can be maintenance, and there can be failures.
We may change the decks, add features and retire others. If a change takes away something you paid for, we tell you first and, where it makes sense, refund the unused part.
We may introduce features based on artificial intelligence. If we do, we will say so before switching them on, updating these terms and the privacy policy with what you need to know: what the model does, what data it receives, and how to opt out of using it.
Vibeing is a conversation game: what happens in a conversation depends on the people having it, not on us. We are not answerable for what you are told or for what you decide to say.
Otherwise we are liable within the limits set by law: nothing in these terms limits liability for wilful misconduct, gross negligence or personal injury, nor any right the law gives consumers.
The official decks, the questions in them, the Vibeing name, the trademark and the site’s design are ours. Play with them as much as you like; you may not copy, republish, resell or turn them into a product of your own without our written agreement.
You can close your account whenever you want. We can close it if you break these terms seriously or repeatedly: we will tell you, and if you had a purchase still running we refund the unused part, unless the closure follows deliberate abuse.
Italian law applies. If you are a consumer, any dispute belongs to the court of the place where you live or are domiciled, and every protection your own country’s law gives you remains intact.
The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
